This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy“) describes how iNDEX Research and Development Indices Ltd. (the “Company”), as the data controller, collects, processes, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of our Website (https://indx.co.il). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. You are not legally required to provide us with your Personal Information, and providing such information is entirely voluntary and at your discretion. However, if you choose not to provide certain Personal Information, we may not be able to provide you with some or all of our services or features. By accessing or using any part of the Website, you acknowledge that you have been informed of and consent to our practices with regard to your personal information and data (“Personal Information“).

You may use or register for one or more of our services. Personal Information collected includes name, company name, email address and telephone numbers (“Contact Information“). When you sign in the Website, or you use the Website, you may supply specific Personal Information that makes it possible for us to receive payments from you.

When you wish to gain access to certain restricted services, completed and signed agreements will be required. We will collect and store Personal Information which is included in these agreements (e.g. Contact Information, signatory title, company address, telephone, fax, email, signature, signatory title, employee names and email addresses).

Although most changes are likely to be minor, the Company may change its privacy policy from time to time, and at the sole discretion of the Company.
